IT@Work Recruitment is a "boutique" recruitment consultancy.   Offering over twenty years of HR and recruitment experience,  we enjoy working with a select number of client companies assisting with recruitment and assessments within their IT arena.  Understanding the business and culture of an organisation is paramount to us and has been the cornerstone of the company’s success.

Our vision is to work with a few of the best - so we can provide the best.  Our attention is to detail, deliberate concentration on follow through, and to focus on retention rather than acquisition.

IT @ Work Recruitment was founded by Sally Breed, who holds a degree in Human Resource Management, is a long standing member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand and a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD). Sally is also President of the Laura Fergusson Women's Committee www.lft.co.nz supporting residential care and rehabilitation for people with disabilities, and a long time avid supporter of  The Young New Zealanders' Foundation  www.youngnz.org.nz.  Prior to establishing IT @ Work Recruitment, Sally was engaged by several major international IT Corporations in an HR capacity, setting up their Middle East Operations. She has established her own recruitment consultancies on three occasions.
