IT Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative trainer with a strong technology focus. This is an Auckland based role offering a broad scope of responsibilities within the training arena. Your role will involve enhancements and further development of the existing training programmes, implementing new approaches and putting in place the accompanying documentation in terms of training manuals and an emphasis upon on-line learning programmes.

A key component of your role will involve on site "hands on" training of retail personnel in IT systems. Working closely with the technology team, you will be someone who enjoys presenting, mentoring and developing the skill base of the individuals.

Patience, an excellent sense of fun, and passion for what you do are going to be important ingredients for this role. The ability to travel is important.
