As a member of the Retail Support team, you will be providing support both face to face and remotely for the upper North Island. A Field Engineering background with POS support experience would be very advantageous, along with formal IT qualifications. You will require the technical knowledge to support MS applications, recognise customer services as being of the highest priority, possess a strong commercial acumen and a well developed sense of urgency. A work permit is essential. Attractive salary package plus car.
