Three years plus experience with a wide range of retail related applications is a pre-requisite.
The person we are looking for will have at least three years as a Technical Support Analyst with a focus on applications Support. Experience within a sizeable operational environment would be a big plus. A very strong people focus with an excellent eye for detail, and a passion for processes and procedures will be key ingredients. Both internal and external clients will appreciate your focus on service levels and ability to exceed targets.
You will have your own area of responsibility within a great team surrounded by a fabulous high tech environment. This is an organisation committed to developing people in an exciting growing market.
