Project Manager - Six month contract Call Centre Opportunity - Newly Established eCommerce Channel
Auckland based, this role is pivotal in the successful implementation and delivery of a whole new Call Centre within the newly established eCommerce division of this leading New Zealand operation.
You will be a core member of the eCommerce project team managing the delivery of change impact analysis; conmtributing to the eCommerce strategy and direction across the business and managing a cross functional team to ensure deliverables are on time and to the highest quality.
Key pre-requisites for success will be:
- Previous involvement with the set up of a Call Centre environment ideally supporting an eCommerce channel
- Excellent project management and change management skills
- The ability to motivate teams and developing relationships with suppliers and across the business
- A passion for technology and the ability to take both a “hands on” approach and a strategic perspective
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
