Our client is an innovative and successful New Zealand organisation going through some very dynamic changes in the way they do business. On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager whose focus will be upon optimising business processes through technology.

This is real combination role offering excellent scope for a professional with:

• A strong Operations background
• An excellent grasp of a wide range of technologies
• The ability to take both a “hands on” technical approach and a strategic perspective
• A proven track record in managing people through change.

To succeed in this position, a strong team focus and good attention to detail will be important to you. You’ll be an excellent communicator, verbal and written, and comfortable dealing with people at all levels. You’ll be motivated by achievement and be recognised by your peers as a diplomat as well as for your operational expertise.
