The person we are looking for will have at least three years as a Technical Support Analyst  in a sizeable operational environment. A very strong people focus with an excellent eye for detail, and a passion for processes and procedures will be key ingredients. Both internal and external clients will appreciate your focus on service levels and ability to exceed targets.
