IT Help Desk Analyst / Administrator South Auckland

This is a great entry level role for a person keen to make a career in IT. As first point of contact for all support both nationwide and internationally, your excellent telephone manner, positive friendly attitude, and ability to escalate calls to the appropriate area will be key to your success. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, plus a formal qualification in IT and ideally some practical hands on experience will be important. A valid work permit and very good communication skills are essential.
