Key pre-requisites for success will be:
Superb leadership skills with experience in leading and developing teams of at least five people in a call centre / help desk arena.
A strong process orientation with the ability to schedule resource and manage SLAs and KPIs.
A passion for customer service and a very sound hands on approach to supporting an interactive environment.
Our ideal candidate will have a track record reflecting at least three years’ of team leadership within the technology sector, scheduling, co-ordinating and facilitating all aspects of a Call Centre function.
