Call Centre Team Lead

Auckland based, this is an opportunity to be leading and motivating a winning team with the support of a proactive and passionate group of like-minded people.
This is a role for a professional with excellent people management skills; a person who thrives on the challenge of providing customer support and to whom excellence of service is paramount. This is a position of definite responsibility where passion and enthusiasm meet recognition and reward for contribution. This role is pivotal in developing brilliant performance and delivery.
Key pre-requisites for success will be:
  • Superb leadership skills with experience in leading and developing teams of at least five people in a call centre / help desk arena.
  • A strong process orientation with the ability to schedule resource and manage SLAs and KPIs.
  • A passion for customer service and a very sound hands on approach to supporting an interactive environment.
    Our ideal candidate will have a track record reflecting at least three years’ of team leadership within the technology sector, scheduling, co-ordinating and facilitating all aspects of a Call Centre function.
