This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to combine their interest in design and enhancement of systems with loads of people interaction. The role will involve:
- Close working relationships with key business units
- Scoping and analysis of new projects
- Testing of systems
- Documenting procedures
- Training users
- Acting as first point of contact for internal support
Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and at least five years BA background. Your experience will include a proven track record in roles where you have been part of a team scoping large scale technology projects, with an emphasis upon streamlining processes and user interaction. Previous experience with an external IT provider would be a definite advantage.
